NetExam Pro is operated by Andrew Moss, sole trader, trading as NetExam Pro. Contact: support@netexampro.com. These terms form the contract between you and us when you use NetExam Pro or buy access.
NetExam Pro is a digital study product: access to an online CCNA-style practice exam platform, including original practice questions, timed mock exams, topic drills, and hands-on lab simulations. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is granted to the email address used at purchase and is for your personal use. You must be at least 16 years old to buy or use NetExam Pro; if you are under 16 you may only use it with a parent or guardian's permission, and they should make any purchase.
All questions, mock exams, labs, flashcards, guides and other content on NetExam Pro are owned by us (or our licensors). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any of it. "CCNA" is a trademark of Cisco Systems, Inc.; our use of it is descriptive only, to describe the certification this product helps you prepare for. All practice questions are original and written to the public CCNA 200-301 exam blueprint — this product contains no real exam questions.
NetExam Pro is sold two ways: Full Access (£29 one-time) and the Monthly plan (£5/month). All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Both plans are priced in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
The Monthly plan costs £5 per month, billed automatically each month in GBP via Stripe until cancelled. To cancel, email support@netexampro.com from your account email with the subject "Cancel subscription", giving 1 month's notice. Your notice takes effect 1 month after we receive it; your access continues until then and your final payment covers that period. We will confirm your cancellation and end date by email. There are no refunds for partial months.
If a Monthly plan payment fails, we will retry it and email you; your access may be suspended until payment succeeds, and we may cancel the plan after repeated failures.
If we change the Monthly plan price, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect under the cancellation process above; otherwise the new price applies from your next billing date.
NetExam Pro is digital content supplied instantly. By purchasing, you expressly consent to supply beginning immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel once supply has begun.
Separately, we offer a voluntary goodwill guarantee: for Full Access (one-time) purchases, if within 14 days of purchase you have completed fewer than 25 practice questions and no full mock exam, email support@netexampro.com from your purchase email for a full refund. Refunds go to your original payment method via Stripe within 14 days of your request.
For the Monthly plan, the first payment is also supplied instantly under the same express consent. After that, cancel any time under section 5; access continues to the end of your notice period. We do not refund partial months.
The free 25-question practice test is limited to one per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free tests is a breach of these terms and may lead to suspension.
Your access is for you alone. Don't share your login, resell access, scrape the question bank, or republish our content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. To delete your account, email support@netexampro.com from your account email — access ends immediately and your progress data is deleted per our retention schedule (see Privacy Policy), though we may retain minimal records required for tax and accounting.
Our affiliate programme is governed by the separate Affiliate Programme Terms, which cover commission rates, attribution, payouts and prohibited conduct.
Practice scores don't guarantee real exam results. We built this to be the best preparation tool we could — but your result depends on your study, and Cisco controls the real exam.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that: (a) our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of NetExam Pro is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose; (b) we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of earnings, exam fees or travel costs) except where the loss was foreseeable to both of us when you bought.
We aim for 24/7 availability but can't promise uninterrupted service. We'll fix outages promptly. If the service is discontinued, existing customers keep access for at least 12 months from the announcement.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
If something's wrong, email support@netexampro.com — we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us for NetExam Pro. If any term is found unenforceable, the rest still stand. We're not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
