Affiliate programme terms

1. The programme

NetExam Pro ("we") runs an affiliate programme for the CCNA exam practice platform at netexampro.com. Joining is free and instant — no manual approval. By generating a referral link you agree to these terms.

2. Commission

30% commission on every purchase made through your referral link: £8.70 on the £29 one-time plan, £1.50 on each £5/month subscription payment.
The commission rate is fixed at signup. We may change the rate for new affiliates in future; your rate never changes retroactively.
Refunded or charge-backed purchases are deducted from your balance.

3. Attribution and cookie window

Your link carries a unique code (?ref=CODE). A 30-day cookie records the referral on the visitor's browser.
If a visitor clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the sale is yours. If they later click someone else's link, the most recent click wins.
We track clicks, signups and purchases; your dashboard shows all three plus earnings.

4. What's not allowed

No self-referrals — buying through your own link to earn commission. These are detected and removed, and repeat offences end the account.
No spam — unsolicited bulk email, SMS, comment spam, or misleading claims about the product. In particular, you must never claim or imply that NetExam Pro guarantees a pass on the CCNA exam — we offer no pass guarantee and neither may you.
No brand bidding — do not bid on "NetExam Pro" (or misspellings) as a keyword in paid search or social ads, and do not use our name in ad copy or domain names in a way that implies you are us.
No coupon/deal sites scraping or misrepresenting prices, and no incentivised traffic (paid-to-click, bots, pop-under networks).

5. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly by bank transfer once your balance reaches £20. Balances under £20 roll over.
Payouts are currently processed manually — we'll email you from the address you signed up with to arrange payment. No payout service or fees on our side.
You are responsible for declaring affiliate income for tax in your own jurisdiction.

6. Termination

Either side can end participation at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breaching these terms; legitimately earned commission up to the termination date is still paid out on the normal monthly schedule. We may update these terms with notice on this page.
